Miele continues to work with BT Konsept in infrastructure and IT consultancy fields throughout Turkey. Our company, which provides IT support and consultancy services to the whole of the Miele central office, repair service, warehouse areas and stores throughout Turkey, has completed the opening preparations of Istanbul Zorlu Center Shopping Center at its new location. We have completed the installation of network infrastructure, bill invoicing systems and all information systems and weak current systems with our expert teams.

The infrastructure, information processing and weak current systems installation processes that we carried out in coordination with the Miele stores coordinator Tayfun Karaalp were delivered in full and on time. Network infrastructure cabling system, cabinet installations, wireless network installations, Bank and billing systems, backup systems, emergency announcements and announcement systems, fire detection systems and installation of security camera systems started to provide service without any interruption in 400 square meters area.

We continue to support our valued customers as BT Konsept in the second year of our business partnership with Miele Turkey. We are pleased to meet all the information processing needs of our customers with a total of 5 locations and more than one hundred personnel, including 2 stores, central offices, repair services and storage areas throughout Turkey and three more dealer channels.
